Description of CASA OLIVI (house with two apartments):

This yellow coloured big house, called ‘Casa OLIVI, is made of natural stones. It is surrounded by 640 olive-trees not far away from the village Mergo within easy walking.
We restored it in 2004 to provide modern comfort and we divided it in two apartments. So the bathrooms, the kitchens and all the rooms are renewed as well as the furniture and the central heating.
The apartment in the first floor (75m²) consists of two bedrooms, a very capacious living room with a comfortable kitchen. All in all, there are 4 beds in the bedrooms (and additionally 2 in the living room). 
The apartment in the ground floor (49m²) consists of one bedroom, a very capacious living room with a comfortable kitchen. All in all, there are 2 beds in the bedroom and additionally 2 in the living room. 

There is also the wine cellar. There you will find some chosen wines to test and the olive-oil produced by the trees surrounding the house.

Also the pizza stove in the backyard and a farm building have been carefully restored with the very old tiles. Here you will find the washing machine and another bath-room.

Form these two apartments and their terraces you look over the marvellous landscape of the Marches specially over Mergo and Cupramontana, the mount Murano (882m) and the mount Saint Vicino (1479m).

According to the seasons and the daylight the colours are changing, here you will get a feeling of what consists this lovely part of Italy.

So, the house can easily be used by a big family or two families (6-10 persons).

Rental fee of the apartment in the first floor (75m²) (4-6 persons):

Peak season: 500 € per week + final cleaning 40 €.
Off-peak season: 450 € per week + final cleaning 40 €

The rental fee for both apartments is 850€ per week in the high season and 750 € in the off-peak season 
(+ 70 € for final cleaning).

Current, gas und water are included in the rental fee. (The costs for heating are excluded)
Bed linen, towels und dishtowels can be allocated for a surcharge.

Peak season: 450€ per week + final cleaning 30 €.

Off-peak season: 400€ per week + final cleaning 30 €

The rental fee for both apartments is 850€ per week in the high season and 750€ in the off-peak season (+ 70€ for final cleaning).
