In the course of the last years, we gained a lot of experiences we would like to exchange here. So here is a small selection of products the Marches has to offer:

Olive oil

640 olive trees are the source for olive oil of the best quality. All olives are harvested by hand, squeezed in a traditional way and gained mechanicaly. We offer our guests a smidgen of this extraordinary oil to buy. Note that we don’t have any profit with this proceeds. This oil has an fruity and vigorous taste and is excellent for the preparation of cold and hot appetizers just as for cooking or roasting. A pasta all'aglio e olio e peperoncino made with this oil will convince you in any way!

Wine

Nowadays, the Marches are known for their excellent wines, especially the "Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi", a distinguishing white wine which compete in the international sector and gets some significant prices.
Our friends, Gianna and Pietro Amadio from Maiolati Spontini, have more then an incredible white wine but a red wine which can easy compete with others wines. In 1998, the "Aesis" from Gambero Rosso was bestowed with an Oscar for the best price-performance ratio.
